Terms of Service

The Horizon Luxe is an independent travel document assistance service. We are not a government body, we are not affiliated with any immigration authority, and we cannot grant or refuse permission to enter any country.

Official documents can often be obtained directly from the relevant authority, frequently at a lower cost or at no cost. Our fee covers preparation, checking and filing on your behalf.

We prepare the document you ask for from the information you provide, check it against the authority requirements, file it within the correct submission window, and keep you informed of its progress.

You must give accurate and complete information, and you must hold a valid passport with the required remaining validity. Errors caused by incorrect information you supplied are your responsibility, and government fees paid on your behalf are not recoverable.

You must not use this service for any unlawful purpose.

The total payable is shown before payment. Government fees are passed on at cost and are identified separately from our service fee. Prices are shown in the destination currency and charged in that currency.

Our liability is limited to the service fee you paid for the affected application, except where the law does not allow that limit. We are not liable for delays, decisions or system failures caused by an authority or a third party.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you apply is the version that applies to that application, and it is recorded against your order.
