About Us

Travel paperwork should not be the most stressful part of a trip. The Horizon Luxe was built by people who have missed a connection because a form was filed late, and who decided that a human checking every detail is worth more than a faster checkout.

Every application is checked by a person before it is filed. We file inside the correct submission window for your travel date rather than the moment you pay, because filing too early can invalidate an arrival document.

We tell you plainly that we are an independent service. Where an authority offers a free or cheaper direct route, we say so.

Clear pricing with government fees shown separately. Encrypted storage of your personal data. A real person to talk to when something goes wrong.
