The Horizon Luxe is a privately owned assistance service. We are not a government department, agency, embassy or consulate, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any government.

We charge a service fee for preparing, checking and filing travel documents on your behalf. You can apply for many of these documents directly through the relevant authority, often at a lower cost or free of charge.

Any government fee shown in your order is passed on to the authority at cost and is shown separately from our fee. Only the relevant authority can decide whether to issue a document or grant entry, and we cannot influence that decision.
