Refund Policy

If we have not yet submitted your application to the authority, you can cancel and we will refund our service fee and any add-ons. Government fees cannot be refunded once paid to the authority.

Once an application has been submitted, the government fee is non-refundable and our service fee reflects work already completed, so it is normally not refundable. If we made an error, we will refund our service fee and, where possible, refile at no extra charge.

Open the support page and choose the refund category, quoting your application reference. We respond to refund requests within two business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method.

If an authority refuses an application, we cannot refund the government fee because it has already been paid. We will always tell you why, and where we made a mistake we will put it right.
