How It Works

From choosing your destination to receiving your document, step by step.

Step by step

Choose your destination and document type, then work through a short guided form. You only answer questions the authority actually asks for your destination.

Enter your trip and traveller details, with validation as you type.
Add each traveller to the same application so families stay together.
Choose your processing speed and any optional extras, then pay securely.
Add your flight number once it is confirmed, if your destination needs it.
We review every detail, then file within the correct window.
You are notified at submission and again when the authority responds.

What you need

A passport with the required remaining validity, your travel dates, and your first-night accommodation address. That is usually everything.
